Chest Progression
Chests are central to the Ever Chest gaming experience. Opening Chests grants Adventurer experience and a variety of visually impressive Equipment. Any Equipment that is deemed unnecessary can be sold for Gold.
Chest Acquisition
Initially, Chests can be primarily obtained by clearing the Main Campaign and participating in Boss Battles. As you progress, Chests can also be acquired through various events.
Chest Upgrade
You can enhance your Chests by spending Gold.
Upgrading a Chest increases the chances of obtaining higher-quality Equipment.
Adventurer Progression
Adventurer Level Up
Leveling up an Adventurer boosts its Base Attributes. Additionally, Adventurers receive Skill Stones upon leveling up, which can be used to activate skills and grant attribute bonuses.
Experience Gain
Experience is earned by opening Chests. Once you accumulate a certain amount of experience, your Adventurer will automatically level up.
Adventurer Skills
Each time an Adventurer levels up, they earn a Skill Stone. These Skill Stones can be used to unlock skills or activate attribute bonuses within the Skill Tree.
Adventurer Classes
Warrior: The Adventurer's initial class, serving as a physical AOE damage dealer with continuous DPS;
Ranger: Unlocked at Lv.30, positioned as a physical single class with burst DPS;
Paladin: Unlocked at Lv.80, the Arcknight is a magical AOE class that excels in shield control.
Assassin: Unlocked at Lv.120, the Assassin is a physical single class capable of cutting into the back row.
Knight: Unlocked at Lv.200, the Knight features a physical single role with taunt abilities that reduce enemy's damage.
Arcanist: Unlocked at Lv.300, the Arcanist is a hybrid single class that offers healing and damage reduction.
Adventurer's Equipment
By opening Chests, you can obtain Equipment of various parts and styles, each boosting your Adventurer's attributes.
The Equipment quality, ranked from highest to lowest, is: Divine Redemption > Divine Oath > Divine Blessing > Divine > Immortal > Mythic > Ancient > Legendary > Heroic > Epic > Rare > Uncommon > Common. Upgrading your Chests increases the probability of acquiring higher-quality Equipment—the higher the Chest level, the better the chance of obtaining top-tier gear.
Equipment comes with fixed attribute entries, and as its quality improves, so do the entry values. Additionally, high-quality Equipment may feature random bonus attribute entries.
Lower-tier Equipment can be sold for Gold.
There are 11 Equipment slots, and changes to the Weapon, Helmet, Armor, Gloves, Bottoms, and Shoes will visibly alter your Adventurer’s appearance in-game.
Title
Completing Title Quests allows Adventurers to upgrade their current Title.
Raising the Title level not only increases the Adventurer’s level cap but also boosts their Base Attributes.
If the Adventurer has reached the level cap under their current Title, any additional experience gained will still be accumulated for future use.
Companion Progression
Companion Recruitment
After completing Main Campaign 1-20, you’ll unlock the Tavern Recruitment feature. In the Tavern, you can recruit powerful Companions using Invitations!
Companion Upgrade
Companions can be leveled up by consuming EXP Bread. As they reach certain levels, they unlock new skills or strengthen existing ones.
EXP Bread is produced in the Territory Mill.
Companion Promotion
Adventurers can promote Companions by using specific types and quantities of other Companions.
Successful promotion enhances the Companion's quality, raising the level cap and boosting attributes.
At key promotion nodes, a Companion of the same name is required.
Note that Companions used for promotion will be permanently consumed.
Companion Equipment
Companion Equipment is forged at the Blacksmith in the Territory.
It is linked to the formation—once equipped, the Companion in that position will receive significant attribute bonuses.
There is a chance for Companion Equipment to have class bonuses. When a Companion of the matching class equips gear with class bonus, they will gain a percentage increase in Base Attributes. This percentage remains unchanged, even during upgrades or synthesis.
Companion Equipment consists of 4 slots: Weapon, Helmet, Armor, and Shoes, with one piece allowed per slot.
When Companion Equipment reaches the highest quality, it can be salvaged for Companion Equipment Upgrade Materials.
Companion Archive
The Companion Archive keeps track of all Companions acquired by Adventurers.
When a Companion is obtained, their illustration is activated. As the Companion is promoted, the illustration can be upgraded, with each activation or upgrade granting additional attributes.
Each activation or upgrade also grants experience, which contributes to leveling up the entire Archive system. Upgrading the Archive provides significant attribute boosts to the Adventurer.
